The key is perspective. Despite the every day ups and downs and the craziness that often comes with being a parent, you are doing a wonderful job! No parent is a perfect parent. We each have weaknesses and shortcomings. However, we must remember to keep our sights set on the bigger picture. Your role as a parent is important and life changing, for both you, and the children that you are raising. You are making a difference every day. You are loved and appreciated even when it may not seem so. Keep your head up, look for the positives, realize that you are making a difference even if you can't see it.
We love questions, comments, and ideas! Share a time that your recognized how much your parent has done for you or how much you have done for your children or others!
